Who do we pray to

This is a question you need to hold on to and it is very important to know about this. How do you start your prayer and who do you pray to? Find the answers here through the word of God.

Most christians start prayers with ‘In the name of Jesus’ which is wrong, here is why, your prayers should be to God directly not to the son because he his the one with the power and authority to grant your request. What did Psalm 145:18 say: “The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” The truth is Jesus Christ is a supernatural being that was sent by God to save us all and this is why some christians worship Jesus Christ also to receive blessings from him. Philippians 4:5-7 “The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” This passage to telling you to give it all to God to answer your prayers.

After devoting your prayers, to who did you think you prayed for? This is a repeated question for you to think and answer. We have been blinded by so many things which we do not know till now that is why reading scriptures are very important because they guide you on ways of life. Even the bible says “Read me and I will open your eyes”. Pray to your maker which is God the saviour is Jesus Christ sent to the world to die for our sins and at the same time sins are still flowing around , persuading people’s life.

Now he has returned again to save us all but the wicked has to live a life of Christ to be saved and to also know the ways to prayers. God is who to pray to, Jesus is the descendant of earth not a God but a god-like being sent.

Know that the world might not be perfect a bit if not for Jesus the son of God. we are all children of God too but some souls have been sold to the devil which he use to torment others that is why we have the bible as a guide. Trust in God and believe in him, he is the key to the locked doors. Cry to him he is the way maker.
